CEI/CELP Colleagues/Friends:
Hope things are well.
On this very special Twosday, 2/2/22, I like to wish a Happy Lunar New Year to those who are celebrating. Gong Xi Fa Cai; Gong Hei Fat Choy; Chúc Mừng Năm Mới; and Saehae Bok Mani Badeuseyo. May the year of Tiger bring joy, peace, good health and prosperity to everyone.
This is the year of “Water Tiger” which occurs every 60 years, the last one was in 1962 and the next one in 2082 based on the 12 Chinese Zodiac signs and five elements. The Astrologer Susan Levitt said that “Water Tiger 2022 brings power, passion, and daring. Now is time to pounce, take a risk, and start new endeavors. Brave and bold actions are rewarded.”
Speaking of new endeavors, I am thrilled to inform you that one of our CELP Alumni from Cohort 2, Irene Cheung recently became Vice President of Marketing Operations at Major League Baseball (MLB). Looks like she hit the ball out of the park! And, the MLB made a “home run” hire. J
Please join me in congratulating Irene on her new role. Here is her brief bio.
