Alizabeth is a Senior Manager with Accenture Federal Services with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and compliance. She brings expertise across the full cybersecurity lifecycle having worked with numerous federal clients to secure and strengthen their security posture. Recognized for the ability to connect technical teams with executive leadership, she works to balance cybersecurity risks with business goals, aligning security priorities with organizational needs.
Passionate about knowledge sharing, she enjoys teaching and mentoring to inspire and develop the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
When she's not busy being a cyber warrior, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and acting as chauffeur to their many activities. If she has any spare time, she enjoys listening to audio books, snowboarding, golfing and learning new skills in crafting.
A Senior Manager with KPMG, Christopher enjoys volunteering at various events for the Make A Wish Foundation and American Heart Association outside of his engagement work. Christopher also is an avid golfer (avid...not good) and an avid reader and will happily take any advice on book recommendation or swing tips.
Jeannie Chong is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Consulting Practice with over 16 years of experience in the Public Sector. She specializes in executing large strategic transformation projects that enhance her clients’ strategic portfolios, streamline their operating models, and bolster their resilience.
Throughout her career, Jeannie has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and innovation, consistently driving impactful solutions that enhance operational efficiency and security. Prior to Deloitte, Jeannie served in the Army National Guard as an Intelligence Analyst at Ft. Belvoir. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s in International Affairs from Florida State University.
Jeannie currently lives in the DMV area with her husband and rescue pittie, Hippo. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading in her spare time.
Jacqueline Hegg is a Senior Manager within the Cyber Risk market offering. Jacqueline currently leads implementation of a Health Benefits system in the Civilian Market overseeing all aspects of Cyber from product to O&M.
Jacqueline is also currently leading business operations over Cloud Security Services (CSS), an offering that collaborates across all of GPS to enhance cyber cloud. Jacqueline Hegg has previously worked with clients in the Intelligence Community along with other DoD and Civilian Federal Agencies and has experience with multiple different types of audits as well as audit readiness/consulting.
Jacqueline has previously served Health and Human Services implementing a Risk Management Framework (RMF) application and as a former IT Auditor.
I joined the Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Legal team over three years ago, starting as Counsel for Cybersecurity and was recently promoted to Senior Counsel of Federal Supply Chain Risk Management.
Prior to AFS, I was an Attorney Advisor at the Federal Communications Commission, Cybersecurity and Communications Reliability Division, handling issues such as cybersecurity network outage investigations and supply chain 5G security issues. I started my post-law school career as a fellow for civil rights icon and Congressman John Lewis, and later held positions at the Transportation Security Administration and U.S. Department of State.
Before law school, I produced, wrote and edited for six years at The Washington Post.
Chandra is a Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services who brings 10+ years of experience supporting Program and Product Management initiatives and priorities for technical teams at federal clients. She has experience fostering relationships across teams and with client executives.
She currently manages 80+ full time employees, and 24 teaming partners for 2 contracts worth $340M. She is highly skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently and effectively and reliably drives teams to produce high-quality work in fast-paced work environments.
Chandra grew up in Kansas and now lives in DC where she loves going on adventures with her husband and son.
Arshad Naseem is a GPS Cyber Identity leader with over 25 years of experience in the Cyber and IT industry. He currently leads solutions for Single Sign On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Life Cycle Management, and Privilege Access Management for various agencies including the Department of Labor.
Arshad is passionate about helping underprivileged communities and volunteers with non-profits. His hobbies and volunteer work keep him motivated and committed to giving back to the community. Outside of his professional life, Arshad enjoys pursuing various hobbies that enrich his personal development.
Piti is a Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services (AFS) with over 12 years of experience across broad range of technology solutions and capability domains. He is currently overseeing 24/7/365 Cloud Managed Operations for a large suite of Enterprise software providing mission-critical transactional and analytical operations.
Piti was born and raised in Bangkok and has spent most of his life in Alexandria, VA, with brief stints in London for Study Abroad and dual degrees from University of Pittsburgh (Hail to Pitt!!).
He is a big believer of converged ideas and knowledge as accelerant to high performance and innovation, and is looking forward to learning and sharing past experiences and future journey paths with CELP peers and mentors.
Angel collaborates with federal agency c-suites to modernize and advance AI and analytics capabilities, unlocking insights and intelligence as a strategic asset.
Angel has nearly 15 years of experience leading complex engagements focused on tech modernization implementation, AI, and data analytics capabilities.
Her analytics experience includes implementing auditable transactions capabilities to support audit readiness as well as creating AI/data management and governance procedures.
Lily serves as the reporting and analytics director in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) division at Freddie Mac and a divisional chief data officer.
She has led large-scale technology delivery and data transformation projects and has an industry background in both mortgage finance and energy and water efficiency. She has served on the Green Business Resource Group (BRG) leadership team at Freddie Mac since 2020.
She holds an undergraduate degree in Government and a Master of Science degree in environmental sciences and policy.
