Adi Eswarapragada is a Director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice with over 24 years of experience in finance and billing transformation initiatives. His main focus areas are developing multi-year roadmaps including business and IT strategy definition, business process analysis and optimization, shared service organization design, software product and vendor selection, chart of account design, solution design and implementation.
Mr. Eswarapragada brings in wealth experience from prior engagements that span across Retail Supply Chain, Entertainment, Lending and Leasing services, Hi-Tech, Consumer electronics, Communications, and Food Service. Mr. Eswarapragada’s program management experience encompasses business case development, project initiation and planning, budget management, conducting business requirements workshops, oversight of solution design, testing, solution deployment and support.
Ananda (Andy) Bojji is the Development Director for financial models in Freddie Mac’s Investment & Capital Markets division in Financial Engineering group. In this position, he is responsible for partnering with business, model owners, governance and technology teams to develop vision, formulate strategy and deliver the core platform used for managing market and credit risk in Capital Markets. He has managerial and hands on experience in development, integration and delivery of specialized financial quantitative/analytic systems used in day to day market and trading operations. He has an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Virginia Tech, USA specializing in Investment Management & Financial Services, M. Tech (Master of Technology) in Industrial Electronics from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, INDIA.
He has over ten years’ experience in technology delivery and another ten years specializing in financial & trading applications with increasing responsibilities over this period. He has delivered over 120 releases in the last decade with less than 3% requiring remediation with low or negligible financial impact to the critical trading platform. This platform is used for trading and managing $250 billion in assets, $200 billion in debt, and $52 billion in hedges and Credit Risk Transfers programs of over $650 billion including STACR (Structured Credit Risk Transfer), ACIS (Agency Credit Insurance Structure). He designed and delivered language and platform neutral services to open up analytic capabilities to various stakeholders. This allows traders, analysts, model developers to use Excel, R, Java, C# or any language of choice to get access to the full capabilities of analytics engine. He lead design, development and delivery of live counterparty exposure risk management with purchase and repurchase agreement (repo) trades supporting trading desk with hundreds of millions in assets traded and $30B short term debt issued on a monthly basis.
Ankit Vegad has over 19 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. He has wide ranging experience focused on Account Management, program management, offshore software delivery management, requirement elicitation, requirement management, analysis, estimating, design, development and quality management. He has an excellent knowledge of the Healthcare domain and has worked in Telecom domain in past as well. His key strengths include strong program and project management expertise, excellent analytical skills, strong business communication and inter-personal skills and thorough understanding of SDLC frameworks. He is self-motivated person and believes in Leadership by example.
Currently as Engagement Manager at Infosys, Mr. Vegad is responsible for Business Development, Account Delivery operations, Client Relationship Management, Contracting & Proposal preparation and Hiring & Competency development. He closely works with Healthcare clients located in US East region and recent leadership experience include strategizing account growth, understanding client needs and providing cost efficient solutions, software service delivery, program planning & governance, leading contract negotiations, business development, opportunity mining and People management including hiring, performance appraisals & career planning.
Atul is a Senior Manager in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional
(CISSP) with 12 years of experience leading IT security audits for various Federal Agencies. Over the past 3+ years Atul has primarily been working on the SBA and full financial statement audits for the U.S. Air Force (USAF).
Prior to that, Atul worked with the Department of Defense (DoD), Navy FIAR team as part of their audit readiness efforts. Additionally, Atul has experience with the Department of Agriculture (USDA), OCFO Internal Controls Division to implement the OMB Circular A-123 General Computer Controls program and was responsible for performing General Computer Controls and FISMA testing at various agencies within USDA. Prior to USDA, Atul worked at the Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for 5 years where he was primarily responsible for leading FISMA audits evaluating the DOT’s security program and reporting results to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Emily Yee is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting. As part of Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice, her work is focused on transforming and preparing defense, security, and law enforcement organizations for the future of work. Emily is also a leader for the firm in the area of diversity and inclusion, leading initiatives for her those in her market sector and as a primary spokesperson for the firm in the area of inclusion for people with disabilities.
Originally from Southern California, Emily moved to Washington D.C. to pursue a career in politics, eventually pursued a Master of Business Administration, and has been in management consulting for the Federal government for the past 9 years. She lives on Capitol Hill, is an active member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church, and enjoys both traveling to different parts of the world and neighborhood runs on the National Mall.
Fariba is currently with U.S. Security and Exchange Commission. She was is a Director in PwC’s Assurance practice. She has served a diverse base of clients specializing in the banking and capital markets industry. Fariba’s primary areas of focus include retail loan and lease accounting, allowance for loan losses, investments, risk assessment, internal controls, and financial reporting. She has significant knowledge of accounting under US GAAP and IFRS.
Fariba holds both an undergraduate degree in Accounting with a minor in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration degree. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Fariba lives in Virginia with her husband and son. She is fluent in Farsi.
Geet Grewal is a Senior Manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Strategy and Governance - Cyber Risk Services market offering in the Washington DC area for more than thirteen (13) years. She has management consulting experience in large scale engagement management, information assurance, cyber security, privacy and security control assessments, development and integration of information technology solutions that strategically support the business goals.
She has delivered advisory services to conduct security assessments, transform and mature the security programs for clients to achieve key business objectives including compliance with regulatory laws, policies, and procedures. She possesses in-depth experience in the strategy development and execution of large and complex governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs for multiple federal clients. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds MBA degree with majors in Information Assurance (IA), and Management of Information Systems (MIS).
Greg Wong have worked in the consulting industry for 14 years supporting large programs for both government and commercial clients. As a delivery lead, he takes pride in working collaboratively with my clients to build and support innovative solutions while developing trusted relationships.
Mr. Wong has extensive experience leading technical, functional and application support teams building and supporting complex and highly visible programs. He has managed all phases of systems development, integration and support including business requirements development, design, build, test, deployment, pilot, training, support, and service introduction. He develops strong client relationships with both business and IT owners and excel at building high performing teams. Mr. Wong supports internal recruiting, supporting both entry and experienced level recruiting.
In his spare time, he enjoy traveling and spending time with his wife and children.
Jason is a Chief Financial Officer at Columbia Capital. With over 11 years of experience. Jason oversees audits in the regulated investment company, alternative investment, and institutional endowment space with the largest fund managing over $18B in assets and the largest endowment overseeing $22B in assets. Jason has extensive experience in the valuation of a variety of financial instruments including privately held equity and debt securities.
As an audit director, Jason collaborates frequently with both the domestic and international tax practice as well as with our valuation teams in addressing client challenges. Jason has had the opportunity to serve as a recurring subject matter panelist in PwC’s semi-annual alternatives seminar (professional development program) held in Washington, D.C. covering relevant accounting updates and trends in the industry from the SEC’s current agenda to new accounting pronouncements issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
Jason holds a degree in accounting from the College of William & Mary as well as a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Virginia. Jason is a licensed CPA in Virginia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountant.
Karen Jung is a Tax Director based in PwC’s Washington DC Metro office. She has over 10 years of public accounting experience, of which 8 were spent with PwC. She has had a variety of experience with different focuses within tax, including high net worth individual income tax, global mobility tax, and now Research and Development (“R&D”) tax credits.
Karen currently manages R&D tax credit projects for clients of all sizes in diverse industries, including computer software, aerospace and defense, and consumer markets. She works with engineers, scientists, software developers, and other subject matter specialists to advise companies on how to identify, calculate, document, and defend their research credits.
Karen has extensive experience working with US inbound clients and spent six months on international assignment at the PwC Paris office to assist with one of her largest clients, based in France. This enabled her to better understand the perspective of US inbound clients and develop invaluable relationships to run more effectively inbound engagements. Karen received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University. She is an Enrolled Agent and fluent in English, Korean, and French.
Kaushik is a business process leader with 20 years of experience in all sorts of shared services, specializing in procurement and supply chain services. Throughout his career he has combined innovation, strategy and change management, and executed these strategies on behalf of his customers, creating over $500M of value. He is an experienced presenter, negotiator and able to forge solid relationships with strategic partners/customers/ executives and build consensus across multiple organizational levels. Specifically in his domain of expertise, he has experience in building world class source to pay delivery functions and then sustaining it through innovative practices, incorporating next generation digital assets, automation tools, cognitive tools and analytics platforms.
In the early part of his career, Kaushik focused extensively on Application Development and Infrastructure outsourcing, building industry domain expertise around manufacturing, chemical, real estate and insurance industries. Over time he moved into a broader role of business process services, around procurement and supply chain and has been in this area of specialization for the last 10 years.
Kaushik leads the North American Solution Practice at Accenture for Procurement and Supply Chain and has been with the company for over 5 years
Margaret Erickson, Program & Project Management Senior Manager at Accenture Federal Services / CELP Program Advisor
Margaret Erickson is a Sr. Manager at Accenture with over 16 years of experience in the industry. She has extensive experience in program/project management and in leading and delivering large scale system implementations. In her current role Margaret leads Strategy and Growth for her account. She is also passionate about I&D and serves as her accounts I&D champion.
Matt is a Director with PwC’s Tax Services. He has more than fourteen years of experience in public accounting and over nine years of extensive R&D tax credit experience. He has worked on numerous R&D tax credit projects for aerospace and defense clients, including several that specifically design and operate assets in space. He is currently assigned to a task force charged with developing software tools and driving technology upskilling and adoption efforts within his business unit.
Matt has assisted multiple companies in the aerospace and defense, pharmaceutical, chemical, and software industries with their R&D tax credit applications. Matt also spent several years supporting the United States Air Force as part of PwC’s Public Sector Practice, and has experience in the defense contracting arena. He works out of PwC’s Tyson’s Corner office.
Matt holds a BBA in Accounting from the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia. He is a CPA licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Michele Sipes is a Principal in Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory practice. She has over 20+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specializing in transformative solutions for federal clients. Throughout her career, Michele has led the development of comprehensive cyber risk programs, implemented cyber workforce strategies, created zero trust architectures, and navigated the security complexities for enterprise modernization programs. A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Michele actively supports creating inclusive workplaces and is inspired by the opportunities she’s gained from Pan-Asian leadership programs.
Michele graduated from the University of Virginia and loves spending quality time with her family, exploring travel destinations, discovering unique restaurants, and indulging in guilty – pleasure TV shows.
Nilesh Panvalkar has almost 20 years of IT/Consulting experience covering wide area of Technologies and environments. Nilesh has been with the firm for 10+ years now and developed a strong reputation for architecting, designing, managing and successfully deploying enterprise wide Identity Management projects. Nilesh has developed excellent relationships within the firm and with clients and has been responsible for getting repeat multi-million dollar business. Nilesh has strong Architecture and product development experience working with companies like Xerox, Digital Harbor using Java/J2EE technologies. Nilesh has managed and implemented large full life cycle Identity and Access Management projects for Energy/Oil, Banking, Consumer product industry and Federal Government sectors.
Sarah Jiang leads the central model risk function to drive quality and consistency across all model validations enterprise wide, including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, counterparty risk, financial, capital, and DFAST models. Her past experience also includes designing and implementing central validation frameworks for profitability and cost strategy analysis and valued-based risk management. Sarah hold a Ph.D./M.A. in Economics from The Ohio State University, has been published in the Economic Inquiry, and been awarded honors such as Freddie Mac’s Above and Beyond Award and JPMorgan Chase Consume Banking Risk Management Award.
TH Bach is an Enterprise Architect who strategically guides clients on their IT roadmap to reduce technological complexity, speed completion of IT projects, and improve productivity and collaboration.
She leads teams to build a holistic view of an agency’s technology strategy, processes, and information technology roadmap to align the technology direction to agency goals.
As a partner to both business and technology groups, TH helps ensure that proposed business and technical solutions align with an organization’s overall mission and vision, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. She also helps to drive the definition, implementation and governance of an agency’s reference architecture to support the business strategy as well as position the organization to be agile.
As an Enterprise Architect for legacy and modern systems, she also plays a critical role in the overall Enterprise Architecture change management process to help galvanize resources in order to make significant shifts in how they do their work so that each initiative moves the organization towards the realization of its business goals.
Yohavalli is a Director in PwC's Risk Assurance practice with over 11 years of experience in financial statement audits, regulatory and IT compliance, and examination of technology and business process controls within public and private companies. Yohavalli has led multiple complex internal and external audit engagements, including global and government sponsored entities, Fortune 100 companies and multilateral organizations in evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of IT General Controls and automated application controls and optimizing IT control environments.
She focuses on helping clients improve their SOX program structure, remediate significant control issues, enhance end-to-end process documentation and strengthen IT governance. She has also managed teams executing operational risk strategy and Governance, Risk and Compliance implementations, including performing maturity and gap assessments on enterprise operational risks. Yohavalli currently serves as an Operations director for the Washington Metro Risk Assurance market team where she plays an integral role in managing staffing, deployment and staff utilization for the practice.
Yohavalli graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Minor in Statistics. Yohavalli is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Zoomie Zein, a Senior Manager with Accenture Federal Services, is a program management veteran specializing in business transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies and Government agencies world-wide. Zoomie efficiently resolves operations and budgetary problems and develops methods and process to meet program financial goals and delivery objectives.
Before joining Accenture in 2001, Zoomie consulted for a diverse range of commercial companies implementing demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and Sales and Operations planning (S&OP) process improvement measures which yielded a reduction in inventory levels and procurement spend while increasing customer service levels.
In the last 10 years, Zoomie shifted her focus on to helping her Dept. of Defense and Dept. of Justice clients improve their mission-critical processes using analytics technologies and data visualization tools within numerous supply chain domains. She leads teams focused on the design, build, test and deployment of processes and systems that improve her client’s operational efficiencies. In her current role, she is working with her clients to implement an SAP S/4 HANA Upgrade. This 18-month implementation is Accenture’s first SAP S/4 HANA upgrade in the Federal space.
