The theme of this year’s 4th Annual Asian Corporate Directors Summit Program is Impact. The program will be anchored in four pillars: Leadership, Governance, Risk, and Technology.

Corporate boards act on behalf of the shareholders to make overall policy decisions and provide oversight. The board has financial and other responsibilities to keep the corporation running efficiently and profitably. In this process, the corporate board of directors’ oversight includes matters that fall within four pillars: Leadership, Governance, Risk, and Technology. The agenda topics will align with these four topical program pillars. Subject matter experts and experienced board directors will share insights on topics within these pillars and share knowledge on how boards lead, govern, manage risk and leverage technology to drive impact for the corporations they serve.
