View CELP Team

The Corporate Executive Leadership Program (CELP) is a professional development and mentoring program conceived by the Ascend GW Chapter Corporate Executive Initiative. The program is a high touch, 3-month program, that provides candidates in senior leadership roles where the next step in their career is Partner, Principal, Managing Director, Vice President, or equivalent senior-level executive in their organization, with mentoring from DC area Pan-Asian executives. Generally, the application and selection period runs from June through August, and the 3-month program beginning in the fall.
